Real Estate Development Parker Shanahan

As Development Manager of the Signet Real Estate Group, Parker plays a key role in advancing projects from initial concept through lease-up, working closely with teams across the organization to ensure each development is thoughtfully sourced and successfully delivered. He leads market research efforts to identify emerging opportunities and uses those insights to support the underwriting and analysis of potential development sites.

Before joining Signet, Parker worked as a hedge fund analyst, where he managed high-yield debt and equity real estate investments across the United States. This experience allows Parker to take an investor-first approach, aiming to maximize return per unit of risk for Signet projects.
