Executive Summary

The Mercy Medical Center Outpatient Facility was led and developed by Signet through a strategic developer-hospital- physician partnership between Signet, Mercy Medical Center and local physician practices in Stark County, Ohio.

The $16 Million, 55,000 square foot facility features a laboratory, oncology services, sleep lab, diagnostic imaging, including x-ray, MRI, CT, mammography, ultrasound, bone densitometry and electrocardiography. Physician offices and Stat Care are also located within the building.

Project Details

The new medical outpatient facility furthers Mercy Medical Center’s strategic vision of establishing a presence in the fast-growing community of Jackson Township, Ohio as well as its commitment to deliver world-class health care services in a community-based setting.

Signet’s experienced nance team secured and utilized Recovery Zone Facility Bonds to help lower the cost of capital for the project Completion: and make the initiative a reality. Signet led the development and 2014 nance team, securing the equity and debt financing to build the
project.
