In the heart of MidTown Cleveland, Signet Real Estate Group is developing, financing, and constructing a 112,000 SF mixed-use project encompassing 160 apartment units, 2,500 rental SF of ground-floor retail, and 160 onsite surface parking spaces. Signet will also own, manage and operate the facility.
With project partners City Architecture and Snavely Group, the project is being designed to provide a more affordable housing option in the MidTown Cleveland neighborhood for residents and employees working in MidTown, downtown Cleveland, and University Circle.
